Hey Again!
So I know I went off on a bit of a bit tangent in my Little update video yesterday. (Was it yesterday?) but I'd like to continue the theme of Ultimate Werewolf for just one more post. Then I'll be back on track with Anime and Cosplay and Movie reviews.
How about my Kite Review Though? It's nice to get another review up after the little drought i've had.
Anywhoosles, I've been pouring through all the Ultimate werewolf Roles I have, trying to come up with my top 10 Favorite, and here they be!

Anywhoosles, I've been pouring through all the Ultimate werewolf Roles I have, trying to come up with my top 10 Favorite, and here they be!
Top 10 Favorite Werewolf Roles
10. Cult Leader
The Cult Leader is a good 'villager alternative' Role. I Absolutely hate moderating it but I love to play as him. as long as the Moderator knows their job. I like the idea of quitely collecting others into my cult and having a whole new way of playing. The role is a tough one, it's hard to keep track of your flock and pay attention to who all is supposed to stay alive and who you can kill. It's especially tricky to find a way to convince the mob to not kill your people or ultimately yourself.
9. Hoodlum
I don't play with the hoodlum very much but I enjoy the extra complication of having to make sure two other people are killed before you. I enjoy the challenge of hiding my identity as I manipulate the votes. Not as tough as the Cult leader but it's a really cool role to me
8. The Thing That Goes Bump in the Night
This one was added in one of the expansions. It's a completely different role than anything else in the game. I'm not sure why I like this one so much but I really like the Idea of tapping a person next to you randomly. It's a different mechanic and always a bit of a risk.
7. Insomniac
I think I just like this card because it sums up myself. Im an insomniac through and through. so Having a card that is exactly me is quite fun. I also enjoy being notified if the people next to me wake up. why? well I like being a bit paranoid. and in more complicated games the roles become more erratic with nighttime wake ups. so it's a fun role to pay attention to the changes around me.
6. Masons
Well the Masons are a two scheme card. One is knowing who another villager is. THat's fine, but nohing amazing. the other thing is the secret society. I love the possibility that the masons will kill someone for talking about them and ultimately make them potentially another killing role. I also like the house rule we use that if the Werewolves come for the last surviving mason he shoots them. Much like the Veteran in Town of Salem.
5. Zombie
This one is just a fun role to mess with people. I like the idea that he doesnt kill them he just cripples them enough so that they cant vote or do their roles anymore. It's fun to slowly debrain the village as they slowly start to realize that they dont have enough votes to continue on and it's especially ffun when the Werewolves can't kill at night anymore. it gives the town quite a scare knowing one of the survivors is a zombie and is slowly silencing the rest.
4. Bloody Mary
Bloody mary is a card I've only used a few times. She's a really powerful card early on and it's always fun to see her get taken out by the mob early so it results in two killings a night and some extremely lopsided games but it's a great role to play. I enjoy getting killed by the villagers so I can exact my extremely bloody revenge *Insert evil laugh!*
3. Hunter
Well this one's just a good spite card. If you have anyone you dont like in the village or somone noone else seems to want to kill or just have a chip on your shoulder. A single arrow to their head after you die is great. I have a lot of fun being a hunter just because It's all up to me to kill someone with no debate. and 'you're coming with me' sounds awesome.
2. Bogeyman
I pull this card out when there are extremely indecisive groups. I love moderating this. The joy I get from making the werewolves go back to sleep and having the Bogeyman start massacring them is pure delight to me. Can you tell I love Killing roles?
1. Lone Wolf
Well. What Can I say? It's the single hardest role in the entire game. It's tough to win as a werewolf usually but having to be the single last person alive is a real rush. I've won a few games as the lone wolf and it's the most pleasing feeling ever to know that you betrayed your team and outsmarted all the villagers. it's a tricky role to get right and moderating it can be tough but it's a brilliant role and winning with it is the single most enjoyable feeling this game can deliver.
