Knights of Badassdom

This is going to be a short review. This movie is fun, but the movie is not good. it has comp and nerd points up wht wazo but everything else about the movie just isn't well done.

The cast does a fine job, kinda felt like a highschool drama club for some of it though. the actors quite often had litte to do in scenes and it showed, they'd be there for basically no reason so they'd stand around. Summer glau was fun to look at and I really do wish she'd get a big role.

The Larping aspect was the most fun. Being part of that Counterculture, it's cool to see a movie fully embrace how fun and pathetic the activity can be. they hit on all the tropes and it was genuinely funny to see the characters reactions to various things.

Overall I had fun watching the movie, and it's a fun little watch but don't expect any good comedy or good action.
