TCFF 2015 Movie Review 2: The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window and Disappeared

The 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out A Window And Disappeared

Well first off, that title is a mouthful, a huge mouthful. For the rest of the review it'll be known as T100YOMWCOTWAD.

On second thought, maybe just The 100 year old man works.

I liked this film, the similarities to Forrest Gump are not undeserved. It's a fun little screwball comedy, stuff happens for no reason and they just roll with the punches.

It unraveled well and kept up a pretty odd pace, something american films can't quite so anymore.

The main actor was a bit unnerving to me. It was obvious at times that he was wearing a lot of prosthetic makeup and I never quite believed he was actually 100.

Otherwise I really liked the movie. It was quite a fun film, even though at times I got lost with various storylines and the accented English was hard to follow when not subtitled.

Final Verdict: 84
