Movie Review: Coherence

Have you ever seen a movie that just makes you confused? Well Coherence is one of those films. It's absolutely amazing in every way.

Movie Review: Coherence

Pros:
I went I to this movie knowing basically nothing about the movie. I knew it was a scifi and i knew it had some weird elements. But I was not expecting this. It was fascinating all the way through. 

Coherence starts slow, but they're just letting you get to know the characters. And thank god they took that time. After that the movie just rockets into high gear and ultimately becomes one hell of a messed up ride. I say messed up like it's a good thing. Everything has relevance to the story and everything is combined with the plot. 

I walked out thou roughly perplexed but completely satisfied. Not many movies can do that to me but this one did and I'm happy it did. 

The script is one of the most complex and elaborate scripts I have seen in a long long time. I loved the Box and the glow sticks. The real awesome moment was the dual rings at the end and the phone call. It was perfect as an ending where it could have gone so bad.

Cons:
My only issues is that it felt a bit slow and amateur in the beginning. But that doesn't last long.

It also doesn't resolve much in the end.

Now I'm jumping from a mindbender to a nice romantic comedy!
