Hello!
So I'll admit, I'm kinda addicted to Nazi Zombies. Well, Call Of Duty Zombies mode. I hate Call of Duty otherwise. It's the same thing over and over and over.
Odd way to put it considering Zombies mode is just wave after wave after wave of zombies...and that's about it. huh. weird.
That being said I love Zombies mode. It's addicting as hell. But not all of the maps are created equal. some are awesome, some are lame. some have aggravating game mechanics. others I can run around in a circle and kill things infinitely.
I should warn you that I enjoy maps with more to do. so I'll heavily be favoring Black ops maps.

Honorable mentions
Moon
I love some of the unique parts of Moon, like the low gravity, the hacker, and the other little things. but it loses points for some of the frustrating random occurances and my personal fear of suffocating to death on the moon.
Tranzit
This one I havent played all that much, it feels gigantic and open, I want to play with a group and see what kind of Mischief we can cook up but I dont like people. they scare me
So Now I'm gonna make a second Zombies inspired list, No Idea why. but i want to....oh that's why!

TOP 5 FAVORITE ZOMBIES MAPS
5. Buried
When i first downloaded Buried I was a little skeptical to play it. I enjoy open maps with larger areas to coral zombies together. The fact that the description was 'claustrophobic and underground' made me go "Oh, I'm gonna hate this" but after playing it for a few hours I went, "Ok, this is cool" I love the mechanic of the Giant and being able to draw the chalk lines. I can get Juggernog, a couple guns, couple more perks and potentially a pack a punched weapon all in the first couple rounds. it's cool.
Though, I have to admit I hate the ghosts. not because they're hard to kill, but they creep the hell out of me. I just finished a round where I was fully stacked. 2 machine guns, Jugg, Galvanuckles and every door open. I was going to go and open the portal in the back so I wouldn't have to do the mansion. I ran through the mansion, killing as many as I could. got out into the maze, looked back, and there were about 20 ghosts following me...I nearly Shat myself. and then died.
...Sigh
4. Mob of the Dead
This one is simply awesome. It's a huge map with tons and tons of hidden Easter eggs. I love just how much space there is to run. none of it is big open areas where I can coral them, but I feel like theres enough space for me to establish a plan.
I love the Wall hound and Hell's Retriever side quest. I always spam the tomahawk in multiplayer (when I'm bored enough to play it) and being able to chuck a boomerang tomahawk into a sea of Zombies just makes me laugh maniacally
That being said I hate Brutus. Not in a 'he's a creepy ghost' way but in a 'That bitch likes to kill me' way. Whenever he appears I just realize I'm completely screwed. unless I lucked into getting a gun worth some salt in the shooting people arena.
Oh, Shrapnel laced zombies are awesome! in a totally disturbing yet awesome way.
Also, last but not least, I love the idea of the Afterlife. (Not in some Jesus humper way....) but the Mechanic is really cool. I like being able to power things and get out of the tedium of just killing zombies.
3. Origins
I Bought this with Buried not too long ago and I instantly gravitated to it. It has everything I'd want from a zombies map. It has every perk (almost) and every gun (almost). It has copious amounts of unlockables and Easter eggs. it has magical staves, it has giant robots! It has Takeo! I like Takeo.
I Love the sheer mass of unlockables in this. the 4 staves are very cool and I love firing into crowds. thought I wish they didn't replace a gun, so I can have all 4 as say equipment or something on the D-pad.
The Giant robots are a fun addition, I loved Sky Captain and they just remind me of it. I also really like the individual Generators around the map, as well as the Blood money and Zombie blood perks.
Moving on let's talk about the wunderfizz. I've wasted way too much money on this damn thing, just playing around. Maybe I'll make a top 10 list of my favorite Perks next. that'd be cool.
So now for the hatred. Panzer Soldat's love to kill me. over and over and over. But they look damn cool. like, holy damn cool. I kinda want to do one at a con, cuz im insane.
2. Call of the Dead
Ok, final two, and a Black ops 1 map. Surprised? after all the super elaborate BO2 maps I go with a relatively simple one like Call of the dead? Yeah, I totally do. It has a really nice open feel to it, I can run circles and generally just survive for a very long time.
I love the cast. none of them are in my 'favorite actor' lists or anything, but the idea of it all being on a film set is a lot of fun to me. I love the touch of Romero walking around with a Stage light and whacking me with it. Ok maybe I don't like that part so much. but I like being able to run long loops, shooting zombies on the way. I only wish there was a bit more to the map after you get the weapons and perks you like. I finished the main Easter egg relatively fast and Killed Romero single handedly (with an explosive sniper rifle)
I should do a 'favorite guns' list too. let's make it a Zombies day!
1. Ascension
And, of all the maps, i choose Ascension!
Ok, this one is the smallest out of all of them. and has the least Easter eggs, and the least perks, and the least mechanics. what gives?
One word...High Levels.
That was 2 words. Oh well. I can Last to level 30 and above on Solo. I do a loop in a big open place and coral them all into a single area, then just fire into a crowd, racking up tons of points with each bullet. It's cheap but I enjoy it.
Ascension is just a fun map to play, especially by myself, and being an asocial bugger I'm by myself quite often (sad face) anyway This one is fun for me to wander around in and I've discovered all the secrets. It's like comfort food, nothing heavy or exceptional, but fun.
And I hate those monkeys. Its been a long time since I've been killed because of Zombies in this map
Moon
I love some of the unique parts of Moon, like the low gravity, the hacker, and the other little things. but it loses points for some of the frustrating random occurances and my personal fear of suffocating to death on the moon.
