The Trip To Italy
Coogan and Brydon are fun to watch just sit and talk. they never resort to dumb humor or vulgarity. they keep it classy and highbrow the whole time. this is what sets the british humor apart from americans.
the movie itself is more cinematic than the first. departing more from the documentary type style at times to give us odd dream sequences. it's nice but it reminded me I was watching a movie and not just a couple of guys hanging out and making a movie.
The italian cities and landscapes are beautiful. I would love to tour them and just get away from the boredom here. It looks like a gorgeous country. with pasta, lots of pasta
The impressions this time around were again really fun, seemed like a lot more variety this time around.
All in all I enjoyed the movie. didn't have the same impact as the first but enjoyed it none-the-less
Final Verdict: 84
